Adding Links to Docs stored in DocMan |
 You can easily add links to the files that you have stored in DocMan by using a plugin available from JCE. If you are a buentec customer this will already be setup on your site. To add a link in the article simply click on the docLink icon in the editor. Watch this video for the details |

Adding Documents To DocMan |

To add documents (files) to the Document Mangement system DocMan, simply choose from the main Joomla! menuL Components->DocMan->Files. The Wizard will guide you through the process of uploading a file and then associating it with a document. Click on the image to the right to see a short video how-to. |

 Adding users is simple. From the 'Site' menu in the backend of your site, choose 'User Manager'. You can add and edit user accounts here. For front end acess to restricted content on your site, set the user level to 'Registered'. For the lowest level of backend access, set the user's access level to 'Manager'. Check out the instructional video to see for yourself.
